Codes of Conduct

Metro is updating certain policies to comply with developments in law and best practices. The policies will be adopted as an ordinance in the Metro Administrative Code as a new Title 6, Customer Code of Conduct.

Metro Welcomes public comment on the proposed Customer Code of Conduct through February 7. The Customer Code of Conduct will be adopted by the Metro Board at its March meeting or a later board meeting.
