Biographical Directory of the United States Congress http://bioguide.congress.gov/ This directory covers senators, representatives, and other elected officials from 1774 to the present. Search by name, position, and/or state. Each entry consists of a short biography, including information about when the individual served. Research collections with the person's papers as well as a bibliography are also provided.
Congressional Record http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/aces/aces150.html "The Congressional Record is the official record of the proceedings and debates of the United States Congress. It is published daily when Congress is in session. Helpful Hints section provide instructions for searching the Congressional Record database." This database contains the Congressional Record from 1995 to the present.
Congressional Travel Expenses Database http://www.crp.org/travel/ "This database contains reports filed in 1997. These reports contain the receipt of travel expenses from private sources for meetings, speaking engagements, fact-finding trips or similar events in connection with official duties. Government funded or political travel or travel that is unrelated to official duties is not part of this data. Within 30 days after the travel is complete, members/officers must file these reports."

FedWorld http://www.fedworld.gov This web site is the largest gateway to government information. It is managed by the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) as part of it's information management mandate. In 1992, FedWorld was established by The National Technical Information Service (NTIS), an agency of the U S Department of Commerce, to serve as the online locator service for a comprehensive inventory of information disseminated by the Federal Government. This service assists agencies and the public in electronically locating Federal Government information, both information housed within the NTIS repository and outside of NTIS.

You can even refine the search by party or house. Not only do you get the names of your congressmen, but you get a picture and contact information, including phone numbers, addresses, and links to their e-mail or web pages.
Government Printing Office Access http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/index.html GPO Access is a World Wide Web interface to the Government Printing suite of databases. It provides provides easy access to the Code of Federal Regulations, Federal Register, Congressional Record, U.S. Code, Congressional Bills, Catalog of U.S. Government Publications, GAO Reports, Economic Indicators, and a ton of other information provided by the Government Printing Office.
