fed up with traffic will have a chance to speak up and engage MTA
officials in a live, one-hour interactive television dialogue Sunday,
Sept. 30 at 7 p.m. on a special edition of Time Warner’s Parallax Forum
L.A. Traffic Jam – Is There A Way Out? sponsored by the MTA and Time
Warner Cable. MTA
Board Chairman John Fasana and Roger Snoble, MTA’s new CEO, will give an
overview of what MTA and other agencies are doing on a variety of fronts
to ease traffic today and what can be done to ensure mobility in the face
of massive population growth projected for the next 25 years. The
show, which will focus on traffic throughout Los Angeles county, will air
live from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Time Warner’s KVLY Channel 6 in the West
San Fernando Valley, city-wide in all Los Angeles cable households on LA
36, the City’s education and community access channel, Channel 16 in
Santa Monica and other municipal cable channels throughout the county. Live,
streaming video of the program may be accessed on the World Wide Web at
AccessTimeWarner.com by clicking on the Parallax Forum icon. Questions may
