Go Metro and Get 20 Percent Off Tickets To See L.A. Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl

Let Metro take you to the Hollywood Bowl this summer and save. There are few better ways to spend a beautiful evening than sitting under the stars listening to world-class live music. From July 7-Sept. 10, the world-famous Los Angeles Philharmonic will begin Tuesday/Thursday performances of its classical series.

The season will open with excerpts from "Romeo and Juliet" and the Oscar-winning animated film "Peter & the Wolf." Among performers and groups featured during the series will be Bramwell Tovey, the Phillip Glass Ensemble and Leonard Slatkin.

Metro patrons can show their valid Metro pass, Metro Rail ticket or Destination Discounts card at the box office or order online and use the promotional code “METRO” to receive a 20 percent discount on tickets to the Classical Tuesday and Thursday series. This offer is valid only for seating in Sections M and N, nor is the discount valid for the Aug. 25 concert. For more information or to buy tickets online, go to hollywoodbowl.com or call (323) 850-2000.

Once you’ve purchased tickets, leave your car and parking bill behind and let Metro take you there. Take the Metro Red Line to Hollywood/Highland and hop on the Hollywood Bowl shuttle at the Hollywood & Highland shopping center Orange Court. The shuttle is free for Metro patrons who show a valid Metro Rail pass. The Hollywood Bowl is located at 2301 N. Highland Avenue.
