RSS is short for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary, web technology offering news websites, personal blogs and podcasting. Similar to a magazine or newspaper subscription, visitors to metro.net can sign up to receive our videos or audios via iTunes each time we add new content. You can listen to these audios or videos on your computer or take them on your iPod when you Go Metro. Additional information
